Moving from SF-NYC?
2004-04-06 11:05:42 by escritoraOkay, this is slightly off-topic. Please forgive me, wasn't sure where else to ask and thought the housing forum was too specific.
I'm waiting to hear about admission to an MFA program in New York City. If I get in, I'm seriously considering going.
I've lived here for seven years and love it. I've never had a dime, always scraped, but this has been the best seven years of my life.
I'm torn. I crave the energy and newness of NYC, but am a little wary of giving up a great life here. Anyone had to make a similar decision? Thoughts?
