Q- What products do you sell?
A- In addition to our Website Design, SEO services, and Internet Marketing, we have three of our own products that we sell too. The Power Solutions CD for do it yourself computer repair with computer troubleshooting utilities and software. We also have several personal project websites, Hard Drive Fixes, Digital Photo and Camera, Galveston Vacation Information, Dog Training, Cat Health Questions, Credit Score Repair, and a Diet That Succeed website. All these websites offer free information on the indicated subject matter. Just click on the names to learn more.

Q- Do you offer Web Hosting services?
A- Yes we do. We can provide ongoing support in Windows 2003-2012 and Redhat Linux operating systems, most major accounting software, and many vertical application database products. Anything that deals with web servers we service and support 24/7.

Q- Do you do custom programming?
A- Yes, we program in JavaScript, Perl, PHP, ASP, Flash, HTML5, and Cold Fusion. We have certified Oracle DBA's and also do Linux networking support. We provide written estimates and will be happy to bid on any custom programming.

Q- How do you price your services?
A- We work on an hourly rate or project basis. It can depend on the individual service and resources but we always provide an estimate and guarantee to be within 10%. Troubleshooting can be more difficult to estimate but we always keep our clients informed as we work. Upon credit approval we can invoice on pre-approved terms.

Q- We have a web site that we publish internally and want to enhance it's capabilities. Do you do Intranets?
A- We sure do. Several of our clients have both a website on the Internet and an internal site for company use only. In-Service Training, Audio Visual Training, and Document Management are just a few of the services we support. Call us to find out more.

Q- How long does it take to put up a web site?
A- That depends on the nature of your company and products. If you have a good idea of what you want, and already have company brochures and literature, it can be very quick. Due to the domain registration and other requirements, it will be at least 3-5 days. If we need to design the site, write the copy, come onsite and take photos, it can take up to a couple of weeks.
Q- How much does a web site cost?
A- This is another factor that depends on how much time we need to spend on preparation and design. We work both on an hourly rate and project basis. If you want to sell directly from your site, take orders and process payments, there is some additional software you will need to purchase too. There is also some cost involved in the process of obtaining your domain name and leasing space on a web server. It's difficult to give a ballpark, but if you can provide a list of services and capabilities you need we can give you an estimate. As you increase size and diversity the cost will increase.

Q- We currently have a web site but have been disappointed in our response. Can you help?
A- Unfortunately, you are not alone. Many companies throw up a web page and find out that what they were told would happen doesn't. The Internet is a big place and it's easy to go unnoticed if you don't properly market your company products or services. This is one of our specialties, taking a lack luster site and turning it into a profitable venture. There's a lot more to it than just designing a visually pleasing site. Q- I have a great idea for a website, do you do partnering or work on a percentage basis?
A- Sometimes. We have several sites that we have a vested interest in for the work performed. But remember that you need a good solid business plan and realistic expectations in any business venture. If you have an idea, we'll listen. Call us to discuss further.

Q- Do you do website service and support?
A- Yes, we can support any web site programming or maintenance on most systems. From HTML to PHP or ASP coding and MySql database work, whatever you need.
