We provide the following support, service, and training onsite for clients:

  • Microsoft Office Training

We always try to use phone support first (look to the right side), but if you have a hardware failure or can't boot, onsite services may be necessary. There is no charge for phone support if an onsite visit is necessary.

We charge by the hour, $75 and if you are over 10 miles from our zip code of 77056, a travel charge of $10 per incident. You can pay by cash, check, or credit card.

Payment is due at completion of service. That means you pay us when we finish =8~). This helps us both keep our cost of doing business down and eliminates unnecessary paperwork and time. Service Contracts are available.

Many times we can help you fix your own problems. Unless you have a hardware failure or can't boot, we try phone support first.

We charge $29.95 for the first 30 minutes and $20 for each 30 minute block after that. You can pay online by credit card. No access, no problem. We'll take your credit card info over the phone.

Initial payment of $29.95 is due at time of service. That means you pay us upfront for the first 30 minutes. This helps us both keep our cost of doing business down and eliminates unnecessary paperwork and time.

Last September we had to resurrect so many hard drives and servers that we
didn't finish until well into October. Don't take a chance on a repeat performance
this year. We can setup an automated offsite backup system that will not be
impacted by local conditions. This is very a cost effective and reliable method
to make sure your data backups are bulletproof! The setup cost is $99.00 and
annual fee based on data amount (usually under $50 yearly for individuals).

The first step is a phone call. There's no charge for discussing your problem and we won't start the billing clock until both parties choose to do so. Many times we can tell you exactly how long any solution might take, and always will. We believe in full disclosure up front and guarantee 10% over or under our estimates.

I have over 27 years of experience in the computer business. There are two very important areas of service and support, one is having the technical expertise, and the other is customer skills. No attitude here, just 100% service to the client =8~).

Our area of expertise is on the desktop and associated workgroup networking software and hardware. Small Businesses, Home Office, and Home Users are our specialty. Internet connectivity, security, wireless or hard wired networking, website maintenance and training, and Microsoft Office training represent 95% of our work.

We really don't do much MS Server/Exchange support but will help you in an emergency (if you are down). If you have less than 50 users, you should get rid of that server and Local Area Network anyway! With the latest desktop software, workgroups, and the Internet, there are far more cost effective means to share resources.

We also provide Service Contracts for a monthly basis. This guarantees a fixed rate and priority service when necessary. This would be appropriate for firms with business critical applications that require ongoing maintenance and backup. This can be a good alternative solution versus hiring a full time employee.
